Copenhagen Go Hotel - Kastrup (Copenhagen)

Lina at Reception was exceptionally professional. She handled our check- in process brilliantly. She deserves recognition for her caring and sincere attitude to guests. Simply said, she is an excellent ambassador. She also deserves to be working in a better facility - that's purely my subjective opinion. She never hinted that she was unhappy. To the contrary, she smiled the whole time!.

Renovations made the front entry and movement between floors rather primitive. Breakfast offered in a bag was inconvenient, unnacceptable and....'hostel' standard. The room was stuffy and smelled of paint. I had to open the windows all night, but that let in flying bugs. Not nice. The room was incredibly small. I haven't stayed in one that small since visiting Japan many years ago.

Had an eventful 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Really enjoyed the king room with single beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Unbeatable central location so close to the airport as well as that is a stop away from the airport.

The room was clean, but the hot hall made it uncomfortable to relax.

Favourable and unbeatable location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Very comfy beds, central heating, flat-screen television and a writing table in the room.

It was comfortable and clean, and good value for money.

The space was really tight. Showering had to be organised after using the loo & basin and the water got out onto the carpet outside the wash area... this might cause the hotel some problems later on. It was very hot that night and the duvets were winter thick so we were either too hot or too cold. However, for price it was good value and fine for a night when passing through. Would probably use it again, but would ask for a light blanket before going to sleep!

Perfect location for easy access to the airport. Only 5 minutes by Taxi and less than 100kr. Fare.

I upgraded my reservation to a family room because they said that there will be a babycot available for use but they dont have any.

New-fashioned and fashionable units with shower installed above sink.

Location : next to airport and easy access to motorway into city centre. Ample car parking. Wifi worked ok.

Room tiny. Curtains falling off. Dirty and stained bathroom which also flooded. Very hot room. Reception staff too interested in smoking outside front door rather than manning reception. Hotel being renovated at the moment - it needs it!!!

Rooms are full of lint, due to the extension works; no breakfast provided by the hotel before august, contrary to what they say on the internet

Extremely small room with a ridiculously mini bathroom. Exclusively for young backpackers- if for anyone at all.

perfect and clean place with incredibly nice and pleasant staff at reception desk. well-designed and new-fashioned room with impractical shower, a kettle. a particularly good location walk from bars and an oceanarium. enjoyed fairly nice area.

It was terrible

They never told me in my booking that the ENTIRE hotel is being renovated. Large machines at 7 in the morning. No crossways across a very busy highway. It was terrible.

The room was spacious and well-maintained.

The bathroom could have used better heating.
